At Rock Band Merch, we want you to rock your gear with confidence. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of pet hair, smoke, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
